Where is VitalNura Wellness located?
We are in Kirinya, Kampala, Uganda. You can visit us Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, or order on WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
Tap "Order on WhatsApp" on any product, or add several products to your list and send the whole list in one message. We confirm the price, availability and delivery with you before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Kampala?
Yes. We deliver within Kampala and to towns across Uganda through trusted couriers and bus parcel services. We also handle orders for customers elsewhere in Africa and internationally on request.
How do I pay?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Airtel), bank transfer and cash on delivery within Kampala. Payment details are confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or by phone.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Prices for imported wellness devices change with exchange rates and stock. We give you the current price on WhatsApp so it is always accurate.
Are your products medicines?
No. Our range is made up of natural foods, botanicals, personal-care products and wellness devices. They support a healthy lifestyle but are not medicines and do not replace medical treatment.
Can I take herbal products with my medication?
Some herbs can interact with medicines. If you take regular medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor before using any new supplement. We are happy to share product details with your doctor.
Can I get help choosing a wellness device?
Yes. Talk to our wellness consultant on WhatsApp or by phone. We will explain the differences between iTeraCare, iTeraBio, IonSleep and meridian therapy and help you choose.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Devices with a fault are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. See our shipping and returns page for details.
Do you sell wholesale or to distributors?
Yes. We supply retailers, pharmacies, spas and distributors in Uganda and the region. Contact us with the products and quantities you need.
