Delivery in Kampala
Orders confirmed before 2 PM are usually delivered the same day within Kampala. Later orders are delivered the next working day. Boda delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed with your order.
Delivery across Uganda
We send to towns across Uganda through trusted couriers and bus parcel services, usually within 1 to 3 working days. We share tracking or parcel details once your order is dispatched.
International orders
We can arrange delivery to other African countries and internationally on request. Contact us for a quote.

Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened food, herbal or personal-care products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Wellness devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your device develops a fault, contact us and we will help with the warranty process.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
