VitalNura Wellness ('we', 'us') is a wellness business based in Kirinya, Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
What we collect
This website does not have customer accounts and does not store the messages you write in our contact form. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, delivery address and the products you are interested in.
Your order list is saved only in your own browser so it is still there when you return. You can clear it at any time.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and process your orders.
- To arrange delivery and payment.
- To provide after-sales support.
- To send product updates, only if you ask us to.
Sharing
We share delivery details only with the courier delivering your order. We never sell your personal information.
